Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. We can surely support if its a genuine size exchange(subject to availability).You’ll have to inform us within a day after receiving regarding size exchange.

However, during size exchange the customer has to ship the parcel to LaceUp Guwahati warehouse by themselves and also pay an additional charge as shipping charges for the new size.
